Hey there!  Our top priority is always client experience, which is why we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

Having these rules in place allows us to provide you and everyone else an exceptional photoshoot experience. We offer a high touch point service, which means we're very much involved in your photoshoot before it takes place and long after. We love that we can offer this type of experience to everyone who walks through our doors! Before your photoshoot our team brainstorms and collaborates on how we can bring your vision to life, sometimes creating specific sets, purchasing additional props, accessories, or even new equipment & training when necessary.  

When a client requests to cancel, our team has already been secured and started to plan out all the details of your photoshoot. As much as I love our clients (you all are seriously the best!), I equally love my team! These fabulous people make all of this possible and I respect and value their time.
